I am shortlisted for rgps pv interview. How is the interview usually? Anything that I should be looking out for? Thanks.

I have also applied to RGPS for PV, but have yet to receive anything from them. Guess that means my application was rejected....:( Seems like I have to go for the Phase 2C route.

Hi Kab,
I also applied PV for RGPS and called them yesterday.
The school is still processing some of the PV application and scheduling the interview for the parents (I guess the school may process batch by batch based on their proposals).
So you still have the chance to be shortlisted.

During my time, there were 180 applicants, shortlisted 80 for interview and eventually selected 40 PVs. I went through a panel interview and was asked how you could contribute to the school. I think your commitment to the school is most important.

I am curious to read in other thread that some parents are doing PV in 2 schools. How does this work? I thought we can enroll at one school at a time? How does this pV in the second school help?

I am trying the grassroot way and hopefully hubby can volunteer at a different school. But I am confused how does the registration procedure work? Thanks for yr help!

PV and P1 registration are two different matters, although related.

For P1 registration, yes, at any one time, you are allowed to register ONLY with one school.

For PV, applications are evaluated by schools. As long as your time permits, you can apply to as many schools as you want. Whether the schools evaluate your PV application favourably or not is another matter.
