Bou these lamp chops from Bt Timah Plaza NTUC, today's special price $6.10 per 100g.

These 3 pieces cost me $11.10

              No sheepish smell.

              Nice and tender :rahrah:

After removing the lamp chops from the grill pan, I left 2 peeled bananas on the pan.

by the time I am finished with the lamp chops, these warmed bananas (though not good looking) are a sweet ending :rahrah:

                      The small local bananas.

I did not really grill the bananas. Left them on the pan, the residual heat warmed them.

The lamp chop comes with bones. I looked at the colour of the bones to decide when to turn sides and when to finish cooking.

Then I left the lamp chops to rest in the grill pan after turning off the heat.

The pinkish bones is the right doneness for me.

I dashed some olive oil on the lamp chops before putting them in the slightly warm grill pan, and set on low heat to cook slowly.

As the lamp chops come with some fat, they will cook in their own oil and the olive oil.

During the resting time, you can lightly salt the chops. YUMMY
