 I love sour and spicy...vinegar:
TheAnswer,
Yes,soupy lunch wf mee suan or glass noodles or Vermicelli.
U can make ur own soup n store in the fridge.
I always make this 酸菜,lemongrass n tomato soup. Then i add in Yong Tau Foo or sliced fish, prawn n lettuce. This soup is very 开胃.Add in some sour plum or assam or lime juice to taste.Eat wf mee suan or glass noodles. Not fattening n nutritious.I eat this quite often coz i always don't hv appetite.
U can even convert this into tom yam soup by adding some tom yam paste or sambal belacan.
Sour and spicy... man... can imagine the taste. :faint:
Vinegar, the Hollyfarm brand is the paste for the soup issit? -
Tomyam soup! :please:

Babe, go try the one at Siam Kitchen. Got chicken and seafood options and choice of hor fun or glass noodles.
:hi5:buds:
I love Phad Thai too, Harlequin! Nothing beats the one eaten in Thailand, of course.
I had my Phad Thai in a cracker-bowl-i-could-eat! It was superdee-delicious! Yes, like eating special keropok with the noodles. Man.. that was an experience. Their portions were also generous. :please:
Ok, will share recipe. No problem.
Phad Thai buddy.... The Thai Express version is getting worse, downright disappointing.... Now I hv to go Golden Miles (yes! I go to \"that place\"!) for Phad Thai....
Topped with their basket of crackers and sambal belachan... Uh-uhmm. Yumz.
