If u wanna to lose weight, suggest better keep away from such threads in ksp...haha
but nowadays, still alright .....such threads are not that ACTIVE as compared to the past,
whereby practically everyday, u can see irresistible photos of breads, cakes and yummy dishes of food,
displayed all over different threads....making u feel hungry even juz after meals πŸ˜‰

Hmmm, I haven't got time to read the old posts yet.... but I enjoy food so it's a matter of time I will go dig it out πŸ˜‚

BTW, noobcook also tried on rice cooker before using clay pot πŸ˜‰ maybe she \"modified\" your recipe πŸ˜‰

      :hi5: for enjoying food.....
go and browse thru those threads lah, quite lots of recipes and info posted...

whenever i see claypots, i wanna to buy.....
but somehow hesistate when i think of the washing up with all those \"burnt rice\" sticking to the bottom....[/quote]Tomorrow I will be on leave, after dds go to school, shall spend some me time browsing all the food threads in KSP. :hi5:

Have to soak the Claypot first before scrubbing, but if it's your maid do the washing har, you got to buy 2 or 3, my maid broke one on it's first use 😒
the large one, think it was too heavy and slipped out of her hands.

Impossible to stay away from food threads. Even if I do, DH will still buy me fast food. Just had Wendy's with DH today. DH got craving. We both had the spicy chicken meal. I had the wing and drumstick. DH had both the chicken breasts. Made him eat more so that I can eat less.

what type of salted fish ?

types of salted fish is up to yr preference...whether u like the \"soft type \"of the \"harder type\"....
the soft type can be bought fr wet market.....
i ever bot the \"soft type\" fr Sheng Siong supermart, dont taste good.....diff fish lah....

i think for claypot chicken rice, the liver suasage ingred is more impt.....contributes to the overall taste....

          soft type means thinner one?

Aiyo.. They give you extra work! Every meal my DH needs either french fries or fried chicken. The rest I get to decide. Thank goodness! Now you know why I need to stock up frozen fries, chicken wings and nuggets? Sometimes he eats fast food for lunch so I'm spared of the junk food.

My husband is also the ε…Έεž‹εŽδΊΊ . When he’s in singapore, I would need to cook δΈ‰θœδΈ€ζ±€ for him. He prefers Chinese home cooked food to western food. When he is not around, I would sometimes cook spaghetti, pizza, porridge or rosti.
