      S-H:

      Sorry, I need someone to help me with another question:-

      1) Joshua deposited $1500 in a bank with a simple interest of 2% per annum compounded quarterly. Calculate the amount of interest he received after 3 years.

      Thanks!

      according to the compound interest formula,

      P = $1500
      i = interest rate
      n = number of times compounded ( 3 years, compounded quarterly would means 3*4 times in total)

      Hi excelhub,

      I still do not know how to solve the question, can you please help me again, thanks!

        Hi can someone help me with these 2 questions, thank you very much!

        1) Given that cos A = p, where p>0 and 90°<A<360°, find in terms of p,
        (i) tan(-A)
        (ii) cos 1/2A,
        (iii) cosec(90°-A)

        2) The equation of a circle C1 is x^2+y^2-4x+2y-20=0.
        (i) Find the radius and the coordinates of the centre of circle C1.
        The line 3y+x=14 intersects the circle C1 at P and Q respectively,
        (ii) Find the equation of the perpendicular bisector of PQ.
        Another circle C2 with the same radius as C1 passes through P and Q,
        (iii) Find the coodinates of the centre of C2,
        (IV) Hence, state the equation of circle C2.
        Thank you quekcc! Can someone help me with the above two questions, Thank you very much!!

                        Hey there! My DD wans to clarify a statement in Math and the topic is real Nos.

                        The statement is: A rational nos. is not a whole nos.
                        I tried explaining to my DD, but she couldn’t understand…Could anyone help to explain and simplify in an easier way?
                        Thx so much:)
