Oh, you need to refresh your browser (by pressing F5 in your browser) or clear your browser cache. The old icon may be in your cache.

In your Safari browser, you can click on the circle arrow next to the place where you see the URL at the top of the browser.

But anyway, the icon is now the Blue Mail Folder.
