Up the liquid intake. Cold ice water for me even though I would prefer something else. Haha!

Cold showers few times a day.

          TheAnswer:
Can anyone share some tips for easing the heat? Sometimes I find myself giddy when I'm walking under the hot sun.

          Ya.....recently the heat is terrible...
i try not to go out in the hot afternoon whenever possible....
cant imagine when the temp hits 33 degrees and above which happened in the past .... :faint:

The Met Service said the warm temperature of the past few days is typical during this time of the year due to monsoon transitions - where the winds are weak and hot afternoons common.

err... a good uv umberalla and a pair of dark shades 🆒

My umbrella is very fragile. Always breaks for some reason. Any good UV umbrellas to recommend?

I can't have a few showers a day because I have to travel from place to place to teach tuition. I have been trying to increase liquid uptake. Drink barley, grass jelly drink, chrysanthemum tea in between my lessons. I only get ice cold water when I get home 😢

I just had soya bean ice cream today. It was refreshing. Unfortunately it isn't possible to have it daily. DH has been saying that his arms are not long enough to hug me (bunch of nonsense, his hands are long and I do not have a thick waist).
