Ideally, I would want my ds to be responsible for his own stuff. However, I'd like to take a peep  occasionally at EMB to make sure he does not forget anything important. I really hate him telling me things the last minutes.

This is what I'm doing. DS didn't know I login to EMB. If I happen to read sthg, I'll just ask him casually whether there's anything to update me. He will then login to EMB & keep me updated.

Same for me too except that my son is aware that I log in and he doesn't mind sharing his password with me.

Just that the other day he said, give me I also din check , then I realise he's not aware that I've login. So, I just leave it as it is. He sees that it's his responsibility to check EMB evy day. 🙂

Hi, the same progress report is also uploaded to iComp. In fact, on the home page of iComp, there's a message under \"what can you view\" showing \"Term Progress Report, Give Feedback\" whilst for ISP, it shows \"Events Calendar, CCA Profile, CIP Profile, Attendance, Discipline Records\".....so I am not sure if the central place will be ISP or iComp?

May I know what is an acceptable MSG for Sec 1?

The HCI website shows that class tests account for 30% whilst final exams account for 70%. Does that mean that CA1, SA1 (is there CA2 equivalent in sec 1?) will account for 30%?

              thanks :scratchhead:

Any idea are the mean and highest scores that of the class or entire level?

I think parents need to access only the Intellient School Portal for parents. The i-comp is more for students but an also be accessed via the Intelligent School Portal via "Links".

Based on my DS’s feedback, the AVG, Highest and lowest marks could be those from the class, I am not sure though.

Some parents in this forum mentioned that each consortium has its own tests, which differs across each consortium.

According to my ds, the tests were set by individual teachers. So, the results can only be compared at class level.

Until now, I still do not have iComp access. Are we supposed to get one?

Hi, if you don't have the password, you can drop an email to (extracted from iComp webpage): Ms. Lin Wei Lin([email protected]) or Mr. Selva([email protected]) @ 6466 5912 during office hours. They will be able to re-set the password after verifying yr son's NRIC and class.

Login ID : p+ nric #. (or use yr DS's ID and password if he's willing to share...).
