if you want effect, have to take long term.


i started with meiji…but hair was very oily.
waiting for the new one…red ruby to have offer…in the meantime, i have 4 boxes in the fridge.

1 strip contains 1000mg. There are 10 in a box. If you want to see faster effect, take Meiji powder. I love the taste of kyoto grapes...so this one is really refreshing. New Red ruby has a pomegranate taste but it is ex still.

I do have Meiji powder at home but I don't fancy it. DH takes them. I bought this strip because I like jello and this one tastes good too. I am not a very disciplined person so I need the supplement to be something that i look forward to taking.

I wonder what the difference is between the pomegranate and grape one, besides the price & taste ... both are marine collagen, right?
