P2B also need ballot? Does that mean if P2B need ballot then no more seat left for P2C? But, I read from this forum that last year P2C has a ballot of 10 out of 60, but not sure whether all 60 are citizens or not. I heard this year, only less than 10 PV got accepted.

After Phase 2A2, any remaining vacancies will be split evenly between P2B and P2C.

PV with statutory declaration, you are able to register under phase 2b below 2km.
Without PV with statutory declaration, you will be registering under phase 2c below 2km.

Based on the above information found in these links, it does not show that you have higher chance in phase 2b as a PV unless you can move to 1km within the school radius. Still, it will depend on your luck when balloting takes place.

Seriously thinking about registrater my girl in Rulang for 2014 enrollment.
Understand there was Balloting in P2B within 1Km for all SC last year. How many SC applicants balloted for the 10 seats?

Anybody have any idea how many PVs in Rulang this year? What will be the chance inP2B within 1km (Singapore citizen)?

In 2013 enrollment, there are only 10 seats left for Phase 2B, and 19 PV or grassroot leaders applied. As for the balloting, there are 12 parents valid in the end.
