      schweppes:
Lavendar oil is the usual tried and tested for relaxation.

Bergamot and geranium oils - considered as happy oils

Peppermint and eucalyptus oils - good for those with sensitive nose/ throat. When I had a bout of bad cough last year, was burning the these oils whilst I slept. Helped a lot

If you are a tea drinker, then I will recommend chamomile for better sleep.

Rose buds and rose hips tea leaves for nice rosy complexion.

There is this shop, Perfect Potion at United Sqaure that sells both the oils and tea leaves. I go there for my tea leaves fix. Might want to check it out.
:thankyou: will check it out 🙂

What to pay: Prices depend on ingredients, and the size of bottles, but are very competitive with "name" perfumes.

What kind of a price range are we looking at?

            I was quoted $80 for a 10ml bottle. I thought that’s a bit too much.

That's way too much! Most good brands are between $30-$40 for 10ml of Ylang Ylang.

What essence oil was that price for? Brand?

I don't think I'll be able to sleep after paying that kind of price for a 10ml bottle of \"hong you\". :rotflmao:

We were walking past the shop and DD commented that she liked the smell and we went in to take a look. Me being totally clueless about aromatherapy was taken aback when the sales guy claim it is a concoction done by him and would cost $80. I dare not tell hubby about it at all. Am quite sure will be :spank: by him.
