Take more showers…have a change of clothes and apply powder. Be careful though…weather changes suddenly and it rains cats and dogs.

              buds,
birthday suit with aircon blasting will lead to fever.

i encouraged kids to take more showers and have change of clothes...otherwise the sticky feeling can be unbearable.
i've been having headaches everyday...that head pounding is killing me.
