Very simpleI oso wonder how she cooks brocolli with cheese.
I normally fry brocolli + baby corns with garlic, butter, oyster sauce.
1. Saute slices of garlic + the hardy stem of brocoli
2. Put in the brocolic florets, stir to coat the florets with the oil
3. Add some water and cover the pot
4. Once the florets turn bright green, add in a beaten egg, cover the pot
5. Once the beaten egg sets a bit, give a stir and add a slice of cheddar cheese, cover the pot and turn off the fire
6. Once the cheese melts, give a stir and dish up.
i do not add in any seasonings bcos the cheese is already salted. -
vinegar:
i use NewMoon Oyster sauce. I am very particular on sauce. I'll read thru the ingredients b4 buying. Always try to buy those without preservative/colouring/msg.[/quote]I use Woh Hup Abalone Sauce- lower salt, no MSG added, no preservatives to season my vegetable cooking and NewMoon Oyster sauce for marinating.
