I oso wonder how she cooks brocolli with cheese.

I normally fry brocolli + baby corns with garlic, butter, oyster sauce.

        Very simple

        1. Saute slices of garlic + the hardy stem of brocoli
        2. Put in the brocolic florets, stir to coat the florets with the oil
        3. Add some water and cover the pot
        4. Once the florets turn bright green, add in a beaten egg, cover the pot
        5. Once the beaten egg sets a bit, give a stir and add a slice of cheddar cheese, cover the pot and turn off the fire
        6. Once the cheese melts, give a stir and dish up.

i do not add in any seasonings bcos the cheese is already salted.

Sounds simple! I will give it a try.

Stay home day again for me. Lunch will be beef burgers with portobello mushrooms and cheese.

Just done cooking the burger patties and the mushrooms. All that’s left is assembling the burgers and zapping it in the microwave to melt the cheese.

Dessert for the kids, frozen berries yoghurt.

I use Woh Hup Abalone Sauce- lower salt, no MSG added, no preservatives to season my vegetable cooking and NewMoon Oyster sauce for marinating.

Hv not found any brand's oyster sauce w/o preservatives.
Where is Woh Hup Abalone Sauce made in?
