How to stay 'cool' in this hot weather?

I ate ice cream, drank cold water and barley with ice to keep cool...that's how my cramps made me bent into half. Usually, the backache is the killer but this month, it's cramps and backache...
Even though it is ending, I will not drink anything cold...scared like crazy. -

My period has been delayed. Keep on having the feeling that it's arriving soon. Already started having the backaches. It has not made her grand appearance yet.

You are sure 大姨妈 will make grand entrance? Late menses may mean something else too…when mine was delayed back then, bloated tummy and backache symptoms also there…only to realise I was pregnant. But congrats if you are preggie. -
