I ate ice cream, drank cold water and barley with ice to keep cool...that's how my cramps made me bent into half. Usually, the backache is the killer but this month, it's cramps and backache...
Even though it is ending, I will not drink anything cold...scared like crazy.

About one week before menses arrive, I usually avoid cold drinks and water melon…do not eat pineapple. Menses bearable as such…but cold drinks this time really confirmed it can cause cramps.

Hot water bag on tummy eases my cramps anytime. Not that i get it though.
