From the hotel website.hy dun allow four in a family unless u take the suite. Luckily, my parents r gg w me so one of my kid can stay w them. I booked double deluxe room that comes w free sofa bed. Approx 150+ sing dollar per nite w bfast for two adults and kids bfast foc. Bkk hotels seems like dun recom four in a room, amari rm is bigger, 42sm verus 29sm in glow but they oso reply saying they dun recom four in room altho one kid share existing bedding.

u try emailing the hotel to check wht possible to squeeze four in a room when ur youngest is only 3. Mine is 7, maybe they tink he is too big to squeeze in a bed w us..

Which are some of the popular Bangkok spots to go to, aside from chatuchak and mbk?

Check out Cabbages and Condom restaurant.

Good Thai food is a very pleasant setting. Nothing obscene or unpleasant. It was set up by the guy who promoted family planning in rural Thailand. Proceeds are used to fund the programs of the Population and Community Development Association. Interesting souvenir shop to browse too. šŸ™‚

We went temple of dawn (Wat Arun) and Grand palace last Dec. Heard from cab driver there is a fun park which you may like to check it out. Also can consider the zoo and floating market?

For HuaHin can take train or van/. You see this blog for more info: http://kampungboycitygal.com/2012/01/getting-to-hua-hin-from-bangkok-transportation-guide/

For Pattaya I think on Van/bus.

You can take van/bus from Victory Monument or southern bus terminal.

Why not go Kanchanaburi which is more educational for kids. Can also go via train or bus/van from southern bus terminal and victoria monument too.

                        Hi

                        Hi,
I have the some concern with you, my family planing to travel during June school holiday with my two kids age (7&3) and I'm thinking to book deluxe room and request extra bed. Dunno the room is enough for four of us not.
                        Any advise???

Do you really need an extra bed? For my family, we usually request for King bed or twin bed (if the beds are super single). We never request for any extra bed. My kids now is 10 and 6 years old. In the past when my son was younger 4 years old and below, we used to ask for baby cot.
