What is the best diet pill for a women to take? I would like something to help supress hunger and speed up my metabolism. Is it true that vitamins will help with speeding up my metabolism? 30 minutes on the treadmill a day and watching my diet I would like a diet pill that might help or any other ideas.

Do you have any good dieting tips? Okay. I am 11, but hear me out. In every t-shirt I wear, my stomach sticks out farther than my boobs. I have a thirteen year old brother that eats non-stop, and he is uber skinny. Plus, I am 10 pounds heavier than my brother. All I want is good dieting tips. I do believe in free speech, but if the only thing your going to do is criticise how young I am to be dieting, please, keep it to yourself.
