First time this happened my blood test was positive for anaemia to which I was warded for a week. Upon further physical examination plus all the ENT tests, excessive menstrual bleeding was the primary cause.
Do u go for regular checkup now? Or taking iron supplements?
Or eat more vegetables that are high in iron?
Check out this http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/food-sources-of-iron.php which states lactating women is in the high risk group for iron deficiency. -
My first episode was before I had chubs... so wasn't lactating then. Yes, I take lotsa fruits and veg.. not so much green ones but made more effort to buy leafy greens after that. No regular check-up cept for pap-smear. Iron supplements make me extremely :imconstipated: ... I've been discharged from anaemia and vertigo a couple of years ago. Was given open date in case of recurrences but none of either till last Sat evening.

The recent family doctor visit - u did a blood count test? Or too much ice cream lately? -
Nope. He took one look and said I wasn’t pale at all. A lil weak on the co-ordination that pointed back to imbalance. That; plus the spinning dizziness.
