I just need to rotate what I serve for breakfast. DH will complain if it's always bread.

My mil used to buy him carrot cake and fried bee Hoon with hotdogs for breakfast.

I forbid consumption of hotdogs in my house.

There is healthier sausage (chicken) sold in NTUC Fairest - lower sodium content and no nitrate.

Some Cold Storage outlets hv ham (no MSG added/preservative/lower sodium content). Think sold under the brand Homel (spelling might be wrong). Found in the cold food section. I bou a box, hubby n elder boy think the taste is ok, younger boy thinks it is bland.

I think my DH and DS are already eating too much unhealthy and fried stuff. I will give this a miss.

        Imami:
The small cheese bun is the Brazilian cheese bun.

Cinnamon buns has got two types. If u like Macdonalds' cinnamon melts, u would love this.

        Milk pan is also nice.

This morning's breakfast - 4 Provence wassants, 1 apple, 1 banana and kopi! Yum!
It's too sweet for my liking. Where is Provence? How come I have never heard of it?

I’m having my pre-morning breakfast now. Stomach cramps. Having almond cornflakes and hot water. Will take a menstrual panadol before going back to sleep later.
