        I saw the post time 3+ am. Hope you r feeling better now. Do try to avoid cold drinks before your menses period, really no joke :snuggles:

          apply oil on tummy and rest. it will kick-start the panadol faster.

            My 6m breakfast - the boring butter loaf + MILO with instant oatmeal.


            I read that eating oatmeal will fill the stomach and starve off hunger for a longer period of time. But this did not work for me leh. Already feeling stomach empty at 8.30am. I have not even started any housework 🤷

            How to maintain low calories diet like this?

              Good girl, listen we aunties, don't drink cold drinks b4 or during menses.

              I mean, *touchwood* i hv never had any menses cramp b4,coz i don't drink cold drink at all. But I do feel tired b4 or during menses.

              Sometx,even feel tired during ovulation. I hate ovulation, hv to put on panty liner coz i can't stand the sticky discharge

                Instant oatmeal? The 3-in-1 type? I eat oats wf condensed milk when hungry,very good for bowel movement 😄

                I've fish soup ard 11am,can only tahan until 4pm,then i'll hv a cup of milo n hv dinner ard 6pm.

                try to keep u busy, will forget abt the hunger. I always busy until no appetite.

                  Yes ! yes! Ru Yi You...sweet memory...i recall i always applied onto ds tummy when he was baby....

                  Rub rub on ur palm until u feel the heat then apply on the tummy...then u can hear the \"sound\" & the \"smell\"...hehehe :imcool:

                    Still have energy to run after DS and teach later.

                      We do not hv condensed milk at home. Bad impression cos I remember my late granny develop diabetes as she always drank milo with condensed milk 😓

                      I better go mktg now. Sit down here will only think of food.
