I'm a brunch person. I have bfast and lunch at one go. So i saved mine for later. I seem to be outta fruits - just left with an orange and an apple for the two boys to share.

I have a tao sar pia and a cup of Milo for breakfast. For me, mon-fri is Milo day. Sat & Sun = coffee day. Try not to drink too much coffee.

Younger boy has a rule: one day plain bread, next day must be flavoured bread.

[/quote]My DH was brought up with all the fattening breakfast. Fried Carrot cake, fried bee Hoon + chicken wings + hot dogs, Mac breakfast etc.
After we got married, I changed the menu totally. He is lucky that he doesn't grow sideways.
Now usually serving the following:
Cereal, Pau, homemade sandwiches, soupy dishes like fishball noodles, eggs cooked in various ways, milkshakes, variety of biscuits, nuts, juices and oats.
Occasionally we have breakfast in cafes. Usually public holidays.
I'm amazed that your DH can accept bread every weekday. In my house, I will get :spank: by DH. -
