DH told me what he observed lately. He said that ladies above 20 mostly have tummies.

      Sad phenomenon...

Why sad? That is the woman's body mah. Dun forget that we are housing a few more organs inside.

So I'm not the only one 'beo-ing' at ladies' tummy. Strangely, even the slim ones have flabby tummies.

            Desserts:
I think I have that roasting pan, I bought it from Ikea. It comes in 2 sizes, i think. Got the bigger one, can fit into my ariston built in oven. I had a baby belling last time, the pan couldn't fit into it.

Great or roasting turkey and can put 2 chickens in.

            Buds! Yum!
We all love hash brown too.

That day, I did a bake saba fish using the Montreal spices and rub butter all over it to bake, like your style. The seasoning was good, but dunno why my Saba fish turned out tough leh.
            :thankyou:

saba fish is a firm fish? like mackeral?

I think it is super oily.

I bou the frozen fillet from NTUC.

If doing panfry, no need to use oil at all.

if using oven, the oven emits a very strong odor after use.

I will not buy frozen saba fillet again.

I once bou from wet mkt - half thawed, very soft to handle, kinda of weird. The one from wet mkt did not leave such a bad smell in the oven.

                        isn't saba mackerel?

It is a super oily fish. No need to add any oil when baking or grilling. It does have a rather distinctive smell that not all will like.

This is one fish where happycall pans come in handy.
