Not being a wet blanket.. but i feel that whether you are left or right or mixed handed.. it is just a way to write your thoughts.. it does not help to build your thoughts or intelligence..

And anyway we are used to type more nowadays! 🙂 🙂

Oh, just recalled this: if you’re left-handed, there are some disadvantages.

In the army, the rifle is built in a way that the empty cartridges (this is the shell of the bullet that needs to be ejected from the gun after firing every shot) will be ejected on the right hand of the rifle. This is manufacturer’s design…

For right-handed pple, this is fine, as they will use right eye to aim, and right hand to pull trigger, therefore the head is on the left side of the rifle - and is safe from the hot/burning empty cartridges when they come flying out after each shot.

For left-handed pple, because they use left hand to pull trigger and left eye to aim and so the heads are on the right side of the rifle, the cartridges will come flying towards their heads/bodies. This is a problem unless they can find a deflector to block the cartridges flying towards them…

Also, if dinner table is not too spacious, i think many pple will try to avoid sitting to the left of a left-handed person, to avoid two hands ‘clashing’…

Heard that SAR21 got right hand/left hand versions…

                Anyone can confirm?

ok. my idea of the rifle (M16) could be outdated, as i ROD'ed in 1990...
Then again, even if the new SAR21 got left-hand version, the left handed is still disadvantaged when it comes to other weapons like the machine guns, which are designed to suit right-handed pple...
