        hi TheAnswer,

You like black sesame. I recommend you to try the Japanese black sesame spread. It's yummy. I bought from ISETAN, sweetened with honey.

I recall you asked if Alpen Meusli is nice. Yes, very nice and it's the only brand we use for many years. Tried others but still prefer this one. You can eat it with Greek yogurt too.
        :thankyou:

Today's treat....dadar gulung (just found out its name!)

Was looking for more lopis or ondeh ondeh but have to settle for this...which is quite good....moist grated coconut and soft pancake.

(Pic for illustration only 😉 )

Do be careful with the confectionery buns and kueh kueh, got high sugar, trans fat, not much nutrition.

Collecting our blood/urine test from Doc tonight. DH’s previous test result was a little high on Cholestrol. Mine I think will be high tryglyceride, it has been an old problem, I am not fat though, in good BMI range but you can be thin and still have high tryglyceride.

I think many SGreans have cholesterol problems, even as young as in their 30s.
