                    1. Fry dried prawns until crispy.
                    2. Add cut tomatoes
                    3. Stir fry until the tomatoes become soft.
                    4. Add spices of the orient crispy prawn chili.
                    5. Add corn starch.
                    6. Add kimchi if you like.

This dish only takes a short time to prepare.
                    Warning: It is very addictive.

Click on the link to take a look at the bottle of spices.

My mum and grandma started to teach me how to cook when I was young. 😉

My family doesn't like cooked oats - too soft and mushy. I bake granola (crunchy oat cereal with sugar, oil, nuts and raisins) and will usually have a container of it in the kitchen. We sometimes eat it for breakfast, and my kids eat it as a snack as well.

Actually, that's the same reason why I never took oats....was hoping someone could recommend me something in the dried form...like cereal or cereal bar kinda oats! 😉

Any other ways to have oats without it in the gluey form?

Never did like oats either. Especially the way my mum prepared it last time. Thick, gooey and she added condense milk.

But I searching for low carbo replacements and startted taking oats in replacement of porridge some mornings. I prefer it savoury so will add chicken or pork, fried ikan bilis, crack an egg over it, serve with spring onions and fried shallots. They way I cook it, it is more watery than gooey.
