Egg is my favourite food 😢 .... was told by a GF, that woman should not take more than 2 eggs per week?! :slapshead:

Is your GF a doctor or nutritionist?

      Doctor.... she is a gynecologist.

Why fry the cod? I always steam the cod and pour the HK style soy sauce over it. DS loves cod.

Tonight was liver w leeks in spicy bean sauce, stir-fried beef for the kids, corn carrot soup, blanched spinach, and a baked beans w luncheon meat (leftovers) & potato combination. DH polished off the baked beans dish.

what is \"HK style soy sauce\"??

Similar to light soy sauce, specially made for steaming fish.... those HK style steamed fish dishes like soon hocks etc we eat at the restaurant are made with this HK soy sauce.... boil the soy sauce with oil and pour over plain steamed fish.... they don't steam the fish with sauce, not till the fish is abut 90-95% cooked, then pour the separately boiled sauce+oil over it.

It's 4x harder to rid the bad cholesterol compares to a 25yo lady.

That's one of the cause to heart attack for those women in their 50-ish, 60-ish that are seemingly slim and active without any prior medical conditions.
