I am \"forced\" to eat the unhealthy, these business lunches is really :slapshead:

So, I must eat very plain and simple breakfast if I want to maintain my 16.7 BMI.

          pacetone:
yesterday lunch was at Pasta Mania. Shared with my colleagues: soup & garlic breads, tuna & turkey bacon pasta, four seasons pizza, banana dessert pizza and coffee.

I love :please:.. ermm... i mean WE love Pastamania (except for hubs). šŸ˜‰

We like the banana dessert so much that i replicated it for the family using our instant prata.

          http://i49.tinypic.com/rvfu5s.jpg\">

          Ingredients

Banana (small ones called pisang mas)
          Butter
          Sugar
          Cheese (if you like)
Chocolate shavings (only had kit kat chunky that day, so i shaved that) :rotflmao:

The base : Instant prata.. prepared pizza crust.. normal bread also can.

Spread butter over the pan till it sizzles slightly and place the base of your choice over it. Place sliced bananas over the butter and sprinkle the sugar (to taste). If you have an oven or toaster, scrap the pan thingy... just pop it into the oven. If not you can choose to flip your dessert over to caramelize the bananas (or not - up to you). If you have Happy Call no issues. šŸ˜‰

Sprinkle grated cheese and chocolate shavings, (you can just grate them if you have these in chunks or whatever is in the fridge). If you have ice cream, can always add a scoop for happiness. :please:

Raving feedback from the family... yes... including hubs. :please:

                Desserts:
I tried the chilli brand fish head bee hoon, that one is not too thin and not too thick like the laksa bee hoon. I like that brand, nice for prawn soup noodles šŸ˜„

:hi5: to Chilli Brand Fish Head!

This brand also good. Soak for barely minutes it already softens up. They come in kway teow version as well.

Can share how you make your prawn soup noodles, Desserts? Sounds delicious.
                Desserts:
Tomorrow will fix the 365 brand pizza. Top with ham and pineapples.
I fixed mine for today's lunch. Ohh the kiddies are gonna love me so much today.. :grphug: :rotflmao: Thanks to Funz for the inspiration. I didn't find 365 at any regular NTUC branches, so since i was getting grilled chicken for the pizza topping i just picked up the cheapest one at Cold Storage.

About that prawn noodle. Check this out

I used to use that brand of pizza base as the choices were limited previously. But since I found the other brand, I find this one not so nice. It turns hard and dry if you bake too long, if you underbake there is a floury taste. Kiddos will eat the part with all the toppings and leave the edges but with the other brand, they polish off the whole thing.

Thanks, Funz... for the link. Now waiting for Dessert's version to see which is easier. :rotflmao:

I let the pizza thaw prior to baking. No floury aftertaste. But yes, i agree if overbake got potential to harden but if done just nice it nicely crisp. šŸ˜‰ Good for kids who don't like too much dough... like those pan pizzas. šŸ˜‚ This is my second time baking this brand. The first time was a sell-out. Perhaps also coz never tried other (more expensive) brands! šŸ˜†
