I used to use that brand of pizza base as the choices were limited previously. But since I found the other brand, I find this one not so nice. It turns hard and dry if you bake too long, if you underbake there is a floury taste. Kiddos will eat the part with all the toppings and leave the edges but with the other brand, they polish off the whole thing.
I let the pizza thaw prior to baking. No floury aftertaste. But yes, i agree if overbake got potential to harden but if done just nice it nicely crisp.
Good for kids who don't like too much dough... like those pan pizzas.
This is my second time baking this brand. The first time was a sell-out. Perhaps also coz never tried other (more expensive) brands!

[/quote]Lucky you. I am so envious. All you need to do is eat simple breakfast to maintain. All I need to do is breathe and I will put on weight.
I am trying to work off last week's indulgence. What with all the lopis and ondeh and meats. My target was to jog 20km or burn at least 1200 cals this week. So far, until now, I am stuck at 5km and about 400cals and that was clocked on Monday. Thereafter, unable to do any jogging due to bad weather and busy schedule. :frustrated: -
