Pattaya Fried Rice & Mango fruit slices. -
Dinner with DH at Old Pontian Cafe.
Popiah for me and Prawn noodles for DH.
Snack (immediately after dinner) at Old Chang Kee.
Sardine puff for me and 2 chicken wings for DH. -
today dinner:
1) bolognise & sun dried tomato spaghetti
2) watercress soup
3) potato & chicken stew
4) Stir fried cucumber with eggs -

1) bolognise & sun dried tomato spaghetti
2) watercress soup
3) potato & chicken stew
4) Stir fried cucumber with eggs
1) slice cucumber into half n remove the seeds
2) cut it diagonally & thinly.
3) heat wok n add garlic
4) Add n fry cucumber till semi cook
5) make a \"well\" in middle of wok n throw in eggs
6) fry the egg a while then stir fry the whole dish(mix it altogether),season with oyster sauce,salt,pepper.
By right shld beat the egg in another bowl b4 putting into wok,but i lazy,i just threw it everything.... -
