Check with you the shredded chicken meat - how do you prepare it? I think my elder boy would love to have sth like this.

i steam the chicken breast meat.. then shred it with fork.. sometimes i add some chopped cashew nuts.. if u want can add some mayonaise into the shredded chicken meat.. it will taste like those u buy from shop..
:thankyou:

        Good morning.

A very healthy breakfast choice - instant oats + strawberries + nuts + raisins

        http://i45.tinypic.com/1629qox.jpg\">

i tried the multigrain muesli.. it comes with various good nuts like walnuts, almond.. take with low fat fresh milk.. really nice.. but will that make me fat ? not sure too.. oats better or muesli.. ?

I noticed I cant take cold fresh milk everyday- will end up with phelgm. I used hot water to revive the instant oats.

Have you tried Greek yogurt? That s something new to me. Ntuc was selling 9.95 for 4 packs. Usual is about 10+. Not bad, thick and creamy. Ate it with cereals this morning.

Love oats also. ESP baby oats:)

Oh I didn’t pay notice to the brand leh. The word "Greek yogurt" stood out above the rest and thought, wah, must be nice.

Dairy farmers brand is also nice. The Aussie diary products are alw creamier, fatter also . Hehe.
Is your brown rice crisp sold in the local spemarkets? Nowadays, I see lots of Taiwanese products in the market, in make shift stalls. I bought some dried seaweed from them, to make salad. Very easy, just soak the seaweed, drain it, add sesame oil, sugar, plum juice, soy sauce, pepper. One dish gao tim.

What happened? Try to climb stairs everyday. I do that daily to maintain my weight.

Hubby not around. I finished whatever the children could not finish, ate > what I should
Next time just eat until you are 70% full. Eat slowly. I have valid reasons to allocate 35 to 40mins per meal. 😉

Today I walked a lot- morning 2.4km, then grocery shopping at NTUC, then shoe shopping in OG/Robinson, then picked ah boy from sch, then NTUC again.

                    Guess what? I am 300 g heavier today 🤷

Wah.. you weigh yourself so regularly? Actually your diet is healthier than mine. For me, I eat at least 1 fried item almost daily. :siam:
