I had wassant bread again this morning,

gotta finish what I bought the day before ...

I hate rainy mornings, can't go for my walk -
guess I got to hit the gym later in the day
          to make up.
I bou the Provence choco wassant ytd. My P6 boy does not like it. Think the Ayer Rajah shop suits me more.

I dun hv the exact address.

We went to the Ayer Rajah Food Centre @ blk 503 to eat lunch. The bakery is facing the food centre, think there is a ATM teller nearby. Maybe blk 501. I remember I saw the bakery when hubby was parking the car.

Butter has no place in my fridge. No no no.. Say no to the butter.. No no no no hotdogs either.. No no no.. Canned food rarely too..

For me, I tend to think in terms of how much I need to run to burn off those calories. No butter for me too šŸ˜“

I've lots of butter at home. I'll cut the butter into small cubes, store in container. It is convenient this way,i just throw 1 or 2 cubes when i wanna fry cauliflower/brocolli.

i always hv apple honey ham, frozen mixed vege, otak, oriental fortune pandan pau, fish balls, pork balls, dried noodles, chinese sausage, black fungus.. at home. This serves as emergency food if i run out of any food.

Canned food? seldom eat either.Occasionally open one can of mushroom or vegetarian/mock abalone to fry noodles...

I thought I will give smoothies a try after reading this thread. Greek yoghurt, Orange Juice, banana, strawberries. Wanted to add some oats to give bulk but was afraid it will taste weird so did not add any. That was at 7am.

                    Now I am hungry.

I also feel hungry easily 🤷

After the kopi+slice butter cake, I have drank 330ml of plain water and 2 cups of ginger honey drink. Somehow, tummy is still telling me it needs some solids :faint:

Ya, very filling. Even hb said so. Hehe, told him we better 'clear intestines' once a week. He loves his beef steak and seafood.
I ever tried putting baby spinach into the smoothie, nice also. Doesn't have a grassy taste.
After half an hour of drinking that, hb said he went to toilet to clear and felt much lighter šŸ˜‰
