What is your breakfast?

Ya, very filling. Even hb said so. Hehe, told him we better 'clear intestines' once a week. He loves his beef steak and seafood.I thought I will give smoothies a try after reading this thread. Greek yoghurt, Orange Juice, banana, strawberries. Wanted to add some oats to give bulk but was afraid it will taste weird so did not add any. That was at 7am.
Now I am hungry.
I ever tried putting baby spinach into the smoothie, nice also. Doesn't have a grassy taste.
After half an hour of drinking that, hb said he went to toilet to clear and felt much lighter

Desserts:
No leh, not that filling. That's why hungry after 3 hours.

For filling milkshakes, try the following:
1. Avocado milk shake (only avocado, plain yogurt and milk)
2. Banana/mango/berries/papaya/Rock melon milkshake (soya bean milk, selected fruits, plain yogurt, some water) -

Maybe it is psychological effect. Drink a cup of water, wait a while before having any food. Sometimes it's just lack of water.
I also feel hungry easilyFunz:

After the kopi+slice butter cake, I have drank 330ml of plain water and 2 cups of ginger honey drink. Somehow, tummy is still telling me it needs some solids :faint: -

Did the 2nd one. 1 whole banana, about 5 strawberries, a dash of orange juice, 1 heaped tbsp greek 0% fat yoghurt. For filling milkshakes, try the following:
1. Avocado milk shake (only avocado, plain yogurt and milk)
2. Banana/mango/berries/papaya/Rock melon milkshake (soya bean milk, selected fruits, plain yogurt, some water)
It was thick, like the consistency of yoghurt, I wasn't drinking it more like eating it. And yup after blitzing everything together it was a lot. Like 2 coffemugs full. While eating yes, I do feel full but after 2hours I started feeling hunger pangs, after 3hours, I was hungry.
Guess my usual breakfast have more bulk and will last me till after 12. It was a refreshing change though and I will try to find a recipe that works for me. -

Eating 1/2 of the sweet potato as lunch now. -

I added 2-3 big spoons of yogurt + soya bean milk. Big eaters in my house. More yogurt is more filling I think.
