Overnight Tau pok in gravy - heavenly.

It is now cooking in the thermos pot, hopefully will yield the desired taste.

Balanced gravy after tonight's dinner will be kept and thickened for 炸酱面

I realised there is leftover miso soup from ytd's dinner. So I add to the miso soup: soya sauce and water, a pack of dried soup flakes (from a Udon noodle), 10 chilli padi and shimeji mushrooms.

                Very appetizing.

aiyoh, don’t I know it. My whole family is like the haze forecast. Even before anyone can smell it in the air, symptoms were showing. DS, eyes itching, DD nose super blocked, me wheezing, even nephew nose bleed.
