        I am sucking on duck tongues now… the braised taiwan style one, so yum!.. bought from HK airport departure hall, individually vacuum-packed.

                    Think no special recipe, just that my family love this dish!

                    If I'm not wrong, she will cook the potato together with the rice.
                    She'll mash and fry the luncheon met under low heat to make it abit crispy and also get the oil out. Add in the cooked potato and crush and mix with luncheon meat.

                    Fry the mix for a while and flatten and then add the whipped egg.

                    That simple!

                    I modified to potato strips with cubed sausage. The children love it.
