Had encountered a very bad experience with Dust Matters Cleaning Services about their after sales service. Willing to try out their service after intro by a friend of mine and cant believe that was the beginning of my nightmare. Their sales person are really irresposible and keep on giving empty promises, changing of fixed time slots and service maid over and over again. I had to keep changing my schedule just to accommodate to their maid time slots. Had tried to reason it out with the sales person but after a few calls, he seem to be irritated and totally ignore my calls. More ridiculous are after experiencing they poor service and attitude, I tried to cancel my package with them and they demanded me to pay the full amount even I choose not to have them to service my flat anymore. I had bought this issue up to CASE and hope that they are able to provide me with a satisfied answer to let me have a peace of mind.

I had learnt a lesson by the hard way and this company really cant be trusted.

I need a part time maid to clean up my house after renovation. Does anyone have any contacts for me? Saw from 1 mommy that she has one that is $55 for 5hours, I think that is quite cheap.

Can someone give me the contacts.

You can either PM or email me at [email protected]

            Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have a part time maid who has been with me for about a 5 months now. But hubby and I decided to hire a full time maid so I am helping my PT maid look for a new PT cleaning job. PM me for her contact number. I highly recommend her as she is clean in the house, honest and she value her work a lot. Her rate is 12/hr and is available every sunday. Thanks

                    vinegar:

                    hi,

i recently encountered this part time maid, who cleans my hse once per wk,has some habits which i am not sure if i shld continue to keep her...

1)she uses the rag n sweep the dust fr. table/chair.U can see a lot of dust esp. eraser debris which she sweeps fr my son's desk. I've to walk carefully if not step onto the dust. I asked her why she sweeps to the floor, she said she'll vacuum later.

                    2) After she finishes cleaning, she'll use the toilet b4 leaving.Forever, she will not flush toilet after used.I asked her to use common toilet but she keeps using my room's toilet.

                    3) she talks very loudly, keeps chatting with her earpierce while mopping/cleaning.Very interrupting esp when i am teaching my kiddo.

4)she uses one pail of water to mop the whole hse.ask her to change, she said no nid to change, save water.

her work is so-so. i am not sure if i shld keep her.

No..I will not keep her. I hire her service for those hours so I will not expect her to use the phone to chat while working.

I wonder how you can tolerate her? You pay her to work and she has to learn to take instructions from you. Time to change a new part time maid.

                      vinegar:
thanks for all ur advices. I've requested for a change wf cleaning company agent.

haiz....so hard to find a decent one...The previous one used the same small pail of water to wipe window, tabletop n sofa.Worst of all,she wiped the dirty windows first, then wiped the sofa.My peach sofa bcame brown sofa. After that, i asked her don't nid to wipe window.

Then,i caught her using my hand towel to wipe toilet bowl cover! :scared: So b4 she came,i kept all the hand towels.

Later,i saw she ironed the clothes straight after clearing n throwing the rubbish, yes, without washing her hands. So i no choice but to iron clothes myself. :slapshead:
                      Haha, your maid funny

After reading through the posts here, I must be thankful that I have an efficient part time maid. Her rate used to be $10 per hour but after working for me 3 or 4 years, she increased to $12 an hour. Minimum is 4 hours. I pay her $50 and told her keep the change for your transport. She will appreciate it and work diligently.

Not only is she efficient, she is fast and automatic. Doesn’t need me to tell her what to do. I do not require her to iron clothes as my husband and I could do it ourselves. My house can be like blown by the tornado and she can clean it for me. She even knows how to operate Rainbow vacuum cleaner which till today I do not know how to use it. I remember the first time she came down and my husband had to be at home to teach her. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that she knows how to use Rainbow vacuum cleaner, which parts for the floor, which parts for the mattress. When I require her to clean windows like once a month, I will ask her if she can do 5 hours and I pay her accordingly.

Therefore, I appreciate her service and through words of mouth, my relatives also started to use her service. Sometimes, it depends on luck to get a good part-time cleaner.
