My guess is most parents overlook.

Forget to inform you, to join PAACT must pay $60

I think I most will pay the $60. But the question is, how many will become volunteer ?

Why not just take Bus 156 directly outside NJC (along dunearn rd) to bishan rd and walk in towards the stadium/swimming pool direction which is next to the MOELC?
