Which shop?
At the departure hall West Wings, the Aji Ichiban shop is right in front of the escalator that goes down to Gate 33 to Gate 81.
But you don't have to buy it in the airport, they have many outlets all over HK. -

Please share what type of fish you use and how you prepare it for grilling :please:
marinate the fish with chopped garlic and ginger, place it on the alumimum foil and add a few drops of olive oil on top of the fish and put it in the oven and grilled for 10 minutes, done!

marinate the chicken chop with turmeric powder, white pepper powder with pinch of salt, put them on the aluminumum foil and add a few drops of olive oil on top of the fish and put it in the oven and grilled for 20 minutes, done! -
