      Harlequin:

I am sucking on duck tongues now.... the braised taiwan style one, so yum!.... bought from HK airport departure hall, individually vacuum-packed.

      Which shop?

      It's Aji Ichiban

At the departure hall West Wings, the Aji Ichiban shop is right in front of the escalator that goes down to Gate 33 to Gate 81.

But you don't have to buy it in the airport, they have many outlets all over HK.

Wendy's Spicy Chicken (Including all the skin)

              Pineapple juice
              Mr Bean Soya Ice cream.

I didn't eat the fries today. Was more interested in the crispy skin after the screwed up breakfast this morning. DH and DS happily finished up my fries 😆

                    :thankyou:

Please share what type of fish you use and how you prepare it for grilling :please:

                    grilled mackerel fish
marinate the fish with chopped garlic and ginger, place it on the alumimum foil and add a few drops of olive oil on top of the fish and put it in the oven and grilled for 10 minutes, done!

                    grilled chicken chop
marinate the chicken chop with turmeric powder, white pepper powder with pinch of salt, put them on the aluminumum foil and add a few drops of olive oil on top of the fish and put it in the oven and grilled for 20 minutes, done!
