Think no special recipe, just that my family love this dish!

If I'm not wrong, she will cook the potato together with the rice.
She'll mash and fry the luncheon met under low heat to make it abit crispy and also get the oil out. Add in the cooked potato and crush and mix with luncheon meat.

Fry the mix for a while and flatten and then add the whipped egg.

      That simple!

      :thankyou: for this recipe.

I modified to potato strips with cubed sausage. The children love it.

lol....i misread it as \"replaced potato with sausage'.., and the recipe says mixed with lucheon meat.... :faint:
      haiz....old flower-eye me....

          Harlequin:

I am sucking on duck tongues now.... the braised taiwan style one, so yum!.... bought from HK airport departure hall, individually vacuum-packed.

          Which shop?

          It's Aji Ichiban

At the departure hall West Wings, the Aji Ichiban shop is right in front of the escalator that goes down to Gate 33 to Gate 81.

But you don't have to buy it in the airport, they have many outlets all over HK.

Wendy's Spicy Chicken (Including all the skin)

                  Pineapple juice
                  Mr Bean Soya Ice cream.

I didn't eat the fries today. Was more interested in the crispy skin after the screwed up breakfast this morning. DH and DS happily finished up my fries 😆

                        grilled mackerel fish
marinate the fish with chopped garlic and ginger, place it on the alumimum foil and add a few drops of olive oil on top of the fish and put it in the oven and grilled for 10 minutes, done!
