Ds1 attended their holiday creative writing last year and p6 exam preparation course for 1 term. Supposed to be for 1 semester since we paid but we gave up attending. He didn't like it. Me neither. Find that other enrichment centres provide better stuff.

        Hi,
Why give up on the P6 Exam preparation course, any reason? why he did not like it? how is the lesson like? please give more information.thanks[/quote]My son attended the P6 preparation class too. He commented that it was much easier than school. However, friend's son had attended the school holiday's creative writing class & said it was good.

DS now in sec1 class. Yesterday, I asked him how much knowledge he has gained in the class, he said 7 out of 10. When I asked him how good is the teacher ability to provide him the knowledge, he said 9. …

I ever send my daughter to their holidays class which cost me $550 for a week.

I dont see any results. (I guess it was too short to judge)
The only concern I have is they didnt mark my daughter's assisgnments, they will just share the correct answer to them at the end of the day. Hence, I couldnt gauage if my daughter had fully understood what was taught.

My daughter 5yrs old is currently attending BC and ICR.

She has attended BC for 2 yrs. She just started ICR 2 mths ago.
I find that the BC program seems simplistic. ICR at least has a textbook.

I am very eager to put my kid to this course. But my husband kept say no no no, thinking that I'm too kiasu (ya, that's why I'm here, right? :rotflmao: ) My kid is currently doing very well in her written Chinese, but not so well in her English although she speaks English all the time.

Has anybody got any review on the programme for Primary School kids by British Council?

                      Hi,

My kid is 3 years old, able to speak few words and count 1-10, however is still struggling in forming sentence.

Thinking to enrol their pre-school class. Do you think they don't have a problem because normal neighbourhood school is kind of reluctant 😢 ?

I have sent them an inquiry, while waiting for their reply, wondering if there is anyone has same experience.

My girl went for their holiday course previously. It’s expensive but my girl thoroughly enjoyed it. Her teacher was fantastic too. However I have to say that the counter ladies are very atas and rude - which marred an otherwise wonderful experience. Such a pity, as I wanted to sign up for their enrichment class but was really turned off by the counter lady’s attitude. Mine was Tampines branch.
