I noticed you folks eat small portions for breakfast compared to dinner. ESP Jennifer. Why ar?

Did you notice that my family eats a lot for all our 3 meals?

Yes. U sort of eat thru the day.

I am not talking about eating very little on the general. More of, eating lesser at breakfast compared to other meals..
 one day I should share all the things my hubby eats in a day. Bet you will fall off your chair and Tankee will cry foul! :yikes:

I eat breakfast twice…6am and 11am (1030 if I do housework)…how to hold on till 2+ otherwise? Hungry now…what should I eat? Maybe chocolate…since I am feeling the blues suddenly.

Do you have any dried fruits or your usual strawberries? Chocolate cookies would be nice too.

I used to eat 2 breakfast. Now I do not eat at 6am. Push back to 7.30 or 8 am.

I was at the library ytd, read a book - 4 hour interval between meals is advisable. Never let the stomach go too hungry bcos that is when one tends to overeat. So I do not eat lunch with my P6 boy. I always eat first. We only eat dinner tge.

Is it? I look at what you all eat. Sometimes I would go \"wah, like tat ar... This kind of portion can only last me till 9am\". Harlequin is another one- her breakfast always seem little to me. Maybe I \"big cc\" (need much much fuel).

Actually should eat biggest meal for breakfast and eat least at dinner, but it's very hard to keep to that leh :slapshead:

Your breakfast is BIG to me. Maybe due to age difference.

As a child, I had difficulty eating bread for breakfast before going to school in the morning. Luckily the food centre at the wet mkt has many stalls selling all sorts of hot food. As far as I can remember, I ate my breakfast at these food stalls.

When I married, hubby's family is bread for breakfast every weekday morning. It was a very difficult period for me then. Come weekends, the choices of breakfast was not to my liking either. Really terrible.
