What is your breakfast?

Jennifer:
I wake up at 6.30am almost everyday. Sometimes even earlier. I need to have food within 30 mins after I wake up if not I will become very grouchy.janet_lee88:
I eat breakfast twice...6am and 11am (1030 if I do housework)....how to hold on till 2+ otherwise? Hungry now...what should I eat? Maybe chocolate...since I am feeling the blues suddenly.
I used to eat 2 breakfast. Now I do not eat at 6am. Push back to 7.30 or 8 am.
I was at the library ytd, read a book - 4 hour interval between meals is advisable. Never let the stomach go too hungry bcos that is when one tends to overeat. So I do not eat lunch with my P6 boy. I always eat first. We only eat dinner tge.
On days when I cook porridge or noodles, I will take a light snack while cooking (museli bars, snickers etc). That's not reflected in my breakfast menu  I get upset when I'm hungry

You like bread from 4 leaves? I find them too buttery. I like their scones, cake and sandwiches though.Good morning.

You sounded just like my wifey!Your breakfast is BIG to me. Maybe due to age difference.
As a child, I had difficulty eating bread for breakfast before going to school in the morning. Luckily the food centre at the wet mkt has many stalls selling all sorts of hot food. As far as I can remember, I ate my breakfast at these food stalls.
When I married, hubby's family is bread for breakfast every weekday morning. It was a very difficult period for me then. Come weekends, the choices of breakfast was not to my liking either. Really terrible.
She grew up having porridge, bee hoon, noodle etc for BF while I had most instant ones, ie, BREAD! So she prefers something savoury stuff while I go for the sweet ones!

I must eat breakfast or I would be a grouchβ¦then something light at about 10+ as stomach will rumble again. Usually try to eat lunch before kids return from school as that would be 215 by the time they are done with bath.
Metabolism is quite high and I must have meat at dinner with less rice. -
I suspect by now no one in KSP is interested to know my breakfast menu since it's always so bland and boring. :rotflmao:
I had kopi kosong and 2 hard boiled eggs and a banana. -

Yum ... I like 4 leaves bread and their cakes, never tried their sandwiches though. Probably will drop by the bakery after lunch with DS to pick up some mini items as well (for teabreak and tomorrow's breakfast).
