Alumni is network/social gathering for the old students of the school, no benefit to the current student studying there.

I was thinking that I can also rub shoulder with the committee board so that my kid will be \"taken care\" of... πŸ˜‰ using some influence

        Hi yenoscar,

My girl will be having new classmates come next year. They've all been streamed to different classes for the new academic year. But we don't know which are the 2 top classes. Some parents told me the top classes are class A & B, but some told me A & B are not necessarily the 2 best classes (too obvious) :?

In any case, over time we will know by tracking which class the top student goes to πŸ˜‰
At Pri 2 & Pri 3, the top class is \"A\" followed by \"E\". The rest are mixed.

I think from pri 4 onwards, the kids are grouped according to their academic results in this order A, E, B, F, C, G, D, H.

then you should join the parents support group and be a committee member there ...

              Hi,

              Here are the ans :

              1. You'll only need one for each color. The files are for filing your child's school worksheets for the different subjects.

              2. Last year, the diary was not ready yet on first day of school, they were subsequently issued to the students when there were available.

              3. I had my girl's name tags ready early, but I remember seeing the other kids have them sewn onto their uniforms by the 2nd week. So, I guess you should be able to collect them in one or two week's time.

              Hope the above info. helps.

              Cheers.

Wow, what an exciting day, P1 and 1st day of school! Got the timetable and realised that Friday’s schedule is pretty heavy cos it starts at 11am till 630pm. Is it usually like that?

There will be programs which the school is selected to pilot. That's should be the reason classes are starting earlier on fridays.

My DS was late for school. Tot it was suppose 15 mins or 1/2 hr before official class starts .... nah i was wrong!.. Parents please πŸ™ enlighten me..

                      Thanks! πŸ˜„

                        hi all,

just wondering if the buddy system , where the P2s take care of the P1s during recess, will continue for 2 weeks ? or is it only the 1st 3 days ?

                        thx !
