So, when family have dinner at mil or mom's house, must divide up the dishes/bowls/cutlery etc into those used by employer, employer's spouse, employer's children and maid. Can only wash those used by these, but not used by parents or parents in law? But maid is there to only look after the employer's kid(s). Not to do housework.
I think he also said it's ok to send maid to look after employer's parent. Again, not including housework for the other household.

Some have been known to complain about things like this after they are caught stealing as a counter to the employer's police report for theft. So, unfortunately, the answer is \"yes\". If only life was so simple...

Perhaps I didn't phrase it properly. What I meant is that if she's happy working for you, then it's quite unlikely she will complain. As for greed....different matter. If she can steal from you without you noticing, then I guess she's more than happy working for you!!
anyway, if not comfortable, then do what you deem is right.
