1 qn: does the pita bread need to be heated up when not used as pizza base?

I didn't use the pita as pizza base. I used this..

When i did mine it was not toasted.. the family likes it soft too.

However if you have pre-packed in the chiller/freezer for the next day or for another time, you can always just pop it into the oven on abt 170-180 degrees for pita and abt 210-220 for pizzas.

Word of caution. Pitas are fragile. May tear easily if not gentle. Yes, this spooning is a test of how princess one is. The spooning in of the filling into the pita that is..
