Would like to ask when would be a good time for kids to consume fish oil? In the morning or night? Before or after meals?

      Thanks!
It should be consumed with food, either after meal or right before meal.

        Hi mummies,

You all may consider giving supplements like sesame seeds, lecithin, kelp powder & etc to improve their immune system and etc instead. They can be easily found in iherb as well. One reliable brand will be NOW Food which can be found at local Nature's Farm outlets too.

For those who wish to purchase from iherb and happens to be 1st timer, PM me for discount code.

        hi,

if u buy lecithin, best to only choose organic ones stated \"Non-GMO\". Cos most lecithin from States are made from soya which are genetically-modified. Soya beans are extremely high in pesticides too. Soy has a whole list of adverse health issues actually. I have actually removed it from my family's diet. Just to share 😄

Yes, that's right... I don't take any soy products from USA and Canada due to the GM.

            Hi Yeng,

Appreciate for your input. Thanks a lot.

            yeng:

            Hi pqy,

I do not get my supplements from Drugstore (range & price cant match iHerb), so I can only comment on iHerb.

I buy the exact same supplements locally (from my doc) and from iHerb. Thus I know for a fact that the supplements are genuine and of top quality. iHerb has been in business for a long time. People from around the world ship with them. Compare to other similar online websites, this is THE best place to get you quality supplements at incredible prices.

I have written a detailed write up here:
            http://yengbb.wordpress.com/2012/09/06/469/

Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you have any more qns. I will try to help.

This is a good month for all to shop at iHerb. Promo ends end Jan.

            Hi Yeng,

Understood from your blog, i-herb provide free delivery if select the Global Mail by DHL method. Can you please share with me how do i place order direct and enjoy the free delivery. tks

I think it is better not to give your baby any supplements unless instructed by paediatrician after the paediatrician (not GP) assess your boy. We all grew well without any supplements. Why do we need to give supplements to babies? Babies' organs are very delicate. We can unknowingly damage it and the effect can only be seen a few years later.

Gripe water is good for those babies whose teeth are errupting frm gums. It prevents them from dirrhea and make the teeth easily errupt out of gums. Continue giving it to your baby however it is not recommended for a 2 months old

                        Thanks for suggestion
