tomorrow we should relax or work? i mean prepare for exam.next week paper1 and following week paper2.
Hmm... to ease guilt how about spending half a day on revision and half a day lazing around :evil: -
Could not labour yesterday. Today is Eng written exam, tomorrow MT. Next week Monday is Maths and Science the next day.
After doing do many schools test papers, my ds could not get full marks for graphic stimulus. Those are easy questions, always lose 2 or 3 marks. Vocabularies section, myself could not even figure out the meaning. -
We were not able to do any revision yesterday as planned. DD was trying to finish her homework. Originally I planned to do past years papers to revise P3&4 work, she ended up struggling to complete P5 new topics. Now I am not sure how and when to do revision for SA especially science.

We are in the same shoes.. Teachers simply throw 2 sets of Maths and Science past years papers. In the end, no time to revise P3 and P4 Science topics. SA1 consists of all P3 & P4 plus respiratory system, electricity, cells, reproduction in plant and animals. Sigh... how to finish revising before next Thursday. Not only that, she is still \"weak\" over ratios and area of triangle.

Agree, nowadays teachers will just threw papers for them to complete at home. I am fine with this arrangement. But at least give answer sheet for us to do markings and solving on our own.

Dd gets 3 sets of test papers from her teachers on Tuesday, all to be handed in today. She complained that she understood fully why it is called \"Labour Day\". :razz:

Exactly! It's good to let kids have window period to absorb what they have just learned. Then a few days to revise before exams. Right now, my DD doesnt feel she is ready, still struggling with new topics.
