I think we need to have a checklist daily. It's really effective and ensures that we complete all our daily tasks.

I agree with u.I need to make.I had it 6 years ago.That time i reduce my weight.after that somehow life has changed.now i have to go back to the self discipline mode. In between i tried but failed. so i don't want to create a one first.Thought slowly improve my productivity.

A checklist definitely increases productivity. I have been using a checklist for several years. It helps me to track all the necessary work and family commitments.
