      I think we need to have a checklist daily. It's really effective and ensures that we complete all our daily tasks.


      I agree with u.I need to make.I had it 6 years ago.That time i reduce my weight.after that somehow life has changed.now i have to go back to the self discipline mode. 🕺 In between i tried but failed. so i don't want to create a one first.Thought slowly improve my productivity.

      A checklist definitely increases productivity. I have been using a checklist for several years. It helps me to track all the necessary work and family commitments.

                    I am under house arrest these 2 weeks...bcos of SA1.

                    Asked hubby to take leave yest...forgot son will be dismissed at 945am, can't go anywhere :stupid:

                        Seriously? You do not go out at all during kids' SAs? It's ok to just take an hour or 2 of breather especially during weekends right? Go cycle, swim, whatever.
