The Alternative Story (TAS) - Discussion

Hi,
I would like to ask if there is oral being taught in TAS and how they do it? -
My understand that they did a bit on oral when it is near to exam but to the extend of conducting one to one during lesson. They go through with the children how to tackle the conversation.

I can’t recall class size but it’s anything from 12 to 16. yes, I agree the teachers are generally helpful and I still remain impressed with them for being able to provide good feedback to parents. If a child has problems, the teacher may ‘catch’ hold of the parent to feedback; else parents can always speak to teacher after class to request for info.
Marking wise, at times they practise peer marking. eg spelling could be marked by their neighbours in class.
Oral. Kids are given a topic to prepare. I believe during class, teachers will also guide them on what to include. but I’m guessing here. -
If you are willing to settle for a weekday class, the number of students will be lesser.

They don't have weekday classes for Paya Lebar as it is used for the business school. They only rent classrooms from the business school for use on weekends.above teachers named are for Ang Mo Kio branch.
